The VA Northern California Health Care System is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to service as a HUD-VASH Case Manager within Social Work Service, located at the Martinez VA. The incumbent is responsible for providing case management for a caseload of veterans and may lead a team of professional social workers and support staff, and provide administrative, technical and clinical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.
