This social worker is assigned to the Contract Nursing Home (CNH) program. This position will be responsible for routine visits to the contract nursing home sites in the catchment area served by VA Central Iowa Healthcare System. This will involve routine visits to Veterans living in select community nursing homes with contracted payment agreements with the Veterans Administration.
