Project Recovery is a substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program in which a patient visits our treatment office in Wilmington Hospital or attends virtually to improve health and well-being. The program primarily consist of group, family and individual therapy, psychiatry, case management and medication management. Project Recovery utilizes prescription digital therapy provided by PEAR therapeutics as an additional support for our patients.
We offer a team approach that respects the dignity of all patients regardless of their recovery status. The curriculum includes a wide variety of topics around substance use, mental health, smoking cessation and recovery management.

Minimum 5 year's of experience in a substance use disorder setting
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts individual therapy with assigned patients.
Reports and updates pertinent patient information to physician and treatment team at team meetings.
Assesses patients mental and emotional status and informs others in a timely manner.
Documents weekly ancillary notes in an accurate concise manner reflecting proper use of technology.
Conducts group therapy sessions.
Identifies milieu deficits and assists in implementing appropriate measures to meet needs.
Develops coordinated treatment plan in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
Participates in all milieu meetings, i.e., practice huddles, team meeting, clinical supervision, community meetings etc.
Demonstrates skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to patients with concerns about substance use, including knowledge of growth and development, the ability to obtain and interpret information to identify patient needs, and to provide the care needed.
