NCOD provides expert consultation on assessment instrument development and/or selection, instrument administration, interpretation of results and assistance and consultation on work group, change management, and organizational improvement activities. NCOD designs and administers the All Employee Survey (AES), which provides annual data on workplace perceptions for the entire Department of Veterans Affairs down to the individual workgroup level. Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Ensuring the effectiveness of day to day activities of Action Focused Consultation's (AFC) program as the primary lead in developing evidence-based intervention protocols that support VA leader's needs and their presenting challenges that are supported in AFC consultative work Developing and executing an ongoing monitoring process to ensure the implementation fidelity across NCOD providers of AFC's programs Leads in collaborating with the other offices, internal NCOD partners and other VA national offices to develop meaningful and actionable intervention protocols Analyzes data and makes recommendations to the AFC lead and NCOD to provide support and guidance ensuring consultations are in alignment with national VA initiatives Resolves policy implementation issues Apply specialized knowledge of organizational development practices to partner successfully with senior leadership, management and supervisory level leaders Maintains expert knowledge of organizational development, team building, team development, team coaching, change management, program evaluation, servant leadership and employee engagement Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Compressed and Flexible Schedule: Available Virtual Position: Yes Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
