This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. The incumbent will be assigned to the Mental Health Service Line at the Adam Benjamin, Jr. VA Outpatient Clinic in Crown Point, IN, a community based clinic of the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago. The candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible, highly skilled in the management of patients' mental health needs, and the evaluation and treatment of a diverse range of mental health disorders. Must be clinically competent to perform examinations, diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, be effective in handling emergencies, patient management and document in patient records.
